Professional Summary Beth is the medical director for the Office of Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity at Mayo Clinic Florida. As the diversity leader for Mayo Clinic Florida, Beth leads a multidisciplinary team to advance equity and eliminate healthcare disparities. Her team is in charge of crating measurable change as it relates to the mission of the organization: education, patient care, and research. She helps coordinate massive enterprise level efforts as well as support longitudinal grassroots efforts delivered by department diversity leaders.
