She has served and partnered with various populations, including Hispanic of LatinX, White/Caucasian, Black/African American, Immigrants, and LGBTQIA2S+.
Professional Summary In Camille’s previous role as Associate Dean of Diversity and Inclusion at New York Medical School, she educated medical students, residents, fellows, faculty and health care professionals on diversity, equity and inclusion in academic medicine. She was also the chair of the Racial/Ethnic Disparities taskforce for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been published on the subject and helped evaluate antiracism curriculum. Her experience as an educator included presentations at USBC NCC on strategies to address breastfeeding disparities alongside the National Medical Association Breastfeeding Alliance and NYS Breastfeeding Coalition. Finally, she is a sought-after speaker on DEI and is currently a consultant to provide expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in breastfeeding disparities.
