Megan serves as an equity facilitator, speaker, and advisor for the Health Equity Alliance of Rock County. She provides services to the Midwest region through online and in-person formats.
Education & Credentials Megan is currently in process of completing her Master’s in Public Health with a health equity focus. She has received extensive equity-based education, specifically regarding Alaska Native culture.

She has served and partnered with various populations, including White/Caucasian and American Indian or Alaskan Native.
Professional Summary In spring 2019, Megan spoke at the Toward One conference in Milwaukee, WI. She presented on implementing SMARTIE goals into operational quality improvements as part of the health equity track. Internally at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, she implemented SMARTIE goals as a mandatory requirement for the annual mini-grant program which awards dollars to community partners focusing on Social Determinants of Health along with the health priorities identified by the Community health Needs Assessment. Additionally, she serves on the Health Equity Alliance of Rock County as an advisor.
