Pamela serves as an equity consultant, coach, facilitator, mentor, speaker, and trainer. She provides services to the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, Midwest, Southeast, Mountain Plains, and West regions through online, in-person, and hybrid formats.
Education & Credentials
Pamela is a certified unconscious bias trainer, certified patient experience professional, certified radical inclusion trainer, and is certified in change management.
She has worked with governing bodies of an organization, individuals in a formal leadership role, individuals who oversee operations off teams, and staff/key personnel or volunteers within an organization. She has served and partnered with various populations, including Asian or Asian American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Hispanic or LatinX, Middle Eastern or North African, Native Hawaiian/PacificIslander, White/Caucasian, Black/African American, immigrants, and LGBTQIA2S+.
Pamela strives to establish inclusive and culturally aware environments based on promoting anti-racist behaviors. Utilizing research methodologies, creating education curriculum, and applying best practices, continuously seek to help organizations identify discriminatory practices and disparities. In her work, she specifically focuses on eliminating barriers to care, employment and education for underserved and underrepresented groups as well as fostering relationships with community partners. Some of her recent projects include being a lecturer for the NY State Breastfeeding Annual Conference and Expert Panelist for the New State Birth Equity Improvement Project.
