Anne serves as an equity consultant, evaluator, facilitator, mentor, speaker, and trainer. She provides services to the North East, Southeast, and Mountain Plains regions through online, in person, and hybrid formats.

She has served and partnered with various populations, including American Indian/Alaskan Natives, Hispanic/LatinX, Middle Eastern, North African, White/Caucasian, Black/African American, immigrants, and refugees.

Anne identifies as an ally and directs the Center for Health Equity, Education, and Research, and has performed training sessions, studies, and consultancies on improving racial equity. She has also initiated interventions that decrease racial inequities in breastfeeding in addition to running a nonprofit that serves minority refugees in Greece. Lastly, she is a member of the International Society for Research in Human Milk and Lactation.
