Donald oversees Just Communities of Arkansas (JCA) partners with corporations, government agencies, schools, congregations, civic organizations and other groups to develop and facilitate customized learning, training and collaborative experiences that help make their organizational culture more diverse, equitable and inclusive. He helps implement programs designed to build capacity for inclusive and equitable change, not alienate or shame people. Donald is passionate about JCA’s Building Inclusive & Equitable Communities (BIEC) program, which helps leverage organization’s potential by developing sustainable, thriving cultures where all members are recognized and respected for their unique identities.
